Developers have submitted a proposal for a new high rise that would take the place of Legends Nightclub, located at 330 W. Hargett St. Plans for the 30-story mixed-use building include 372 apartment units, ~17,400 sqft of restaurant space, ~20,000 sqft of retail space + parking. đ (Triangle Business Journal)

Dix Park will hold a celebration for the groundbreaking of Gibson Play Plaza on Sun., Aug. 14 from 5-7 p.m. The 18.5-acre plaza will include play areas and gathering spaces for people of all ages including climbing towers + a picnic grove. The project will take ~two years to complete. Register for the event.

The Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster has launched its 2022 Cleantech Innovation Awards to spotlight advances in clean technology across NC + recognize people, organizations, and projects furthering its reach and impact.
